Refunds & Cancellations

At Milk we are committed to offering only high quality products and we want to ensure you are happy with every purchase you make from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you wish to exchange an item please do not open packaging that is non-resealable

Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.

If you would like to exchange an item, or if you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact us in person or by e-mail (hello@milkstore.co.nz) or phone 03 355 1880.

Milk will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in sending back products with quality-related issues however the customer is responsible for shipping costs occurred when an item is returned due to colour, size or preference.

Please note: we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow the care label of the garment when washing.
